		4600 Series Pneumatic Positioner General: The 4600 Series Pneumatic positioner are field proven positioners utilizing a precision feedback cam to provide accurate positioning, very fast response, and customized control characteristics for control valves. These positioners can be used with either rotary or reciprocating actuators. When mounted on reciprocating actuators, a simple, rugged turnbuckle and lever assembly couples stem motion to the cam. On rotary actuators, the cam is mounted directly on the shaft.

		8100 Electropneumatic Positioner The 8100 Series Electropneumatic positioner are produced with Masoneilan Technology. The positioner is a force balance, electropneumatic device which provides an accurate means of obtaining a valve stem position directly proportional to a DC input signal. In addition, the positioner provides a convenient means of split ranging the controller output signal. It may have either direct or reverse action on either direct or reverse actuators.

		8200 Series Electropneumatic Positioner General: The 8200 Series Electropneumatic positioner are produced with Masoneilan Technology. The positioner is an electropneumatic force-balance device which provides an accurate means of obtaining at any time a valve stem position corresponding to a theoretical position envisaged for a DC input signal. In addition, the positioner provides a convenient means of split-ranging operation for several valves (usually two) from a single signal emitted by a single controller. The positioner may have either direct or reverse action on either direct or reverse actuators.

		ZPD2000 Electro-pneumatic Positioner ZPD-2000 Electropneumatic positioner is used with the pneumatic control valve. It receives the electric signal from the regulator and outputs the pressure signal to control the stroke of the control valve. The positioner can improve the operating characteristic of pneumatic control valve and overcome the friction of the plug stem and the unbalanced force of the valve plug induced by change of the medium pressure, thus the position of the valve changes with the control signal from the regulator in proportion, so that the proper positioning can be attained.

		ZPD3000 Series Electro-pneumatic Positioner General: ZPD 3000 series electro-pneumatic positioner, mounted on a pneumatic actuator, moves the actuator by receiving DC 4 20 mA signals from a controller. Also, the function of detecting and returning the actuator displacement provides accurate positioning in response to DC 4 20 mA signals. The ZPD 3000 can be used with both single and double acting actuators.

		ZPD ZPQ Valve Positioner The valve positioner (Electro-Pneumatic or Pneumatic) is used with the pneumatic control valve (diaphragm or piston). It receive the electrical or pneumatic signal from the regulator and outputs the pressure signal to control the stroke of the control valve. The positioner can improve the operating characteristic of pneumatic control valve and overcome the friction of the plug stem and the unbalanced force of the valve plug induced by the change of the medium pressure, thus the position of the valve changes with the control signal from the regulator in proportion, so that the proper positioning can be attained.
